Taneco launches 13 bln rbl facilities for diesel fuel, jet fuel
KARABASH, Tatarstan Republic, Jul 12 (PRIME) -- Russian oil refinery Taneco, part of oil company Tatneft’s group of companies, has launched 13 billion rubles of facilities for hydrofining of jet fuel and diesel fuel, Rustem Minnikhanov, president of the republic of Tatarstan, said on Thursday during an oil summit.
“We have launched two new large productions at Taneco facility for oil refining and petroleum chemistry, and they allow for additional annual production of 1.6 million tonnes of diesel fuel and more than 500,000 tonnes of high-quality jet fuel. Investment stands at 13 billion rubles, and the program for development of the petrochemical facility moves on,” he said.
He also said that Taneco plans to double its oil refining capacities and to launch production of automobile gasolines until the end of 2018.
